Overview
We accept return requests placed within 7 days of receiving the order. Return requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
Please note:
Items purchased during any Sale or Promotion are not eligible for return or exchange. Customised or altered products are non-returnable. Jewellery is non-returnable. However, if the item is incorrect or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery. International orders (orders with shipping address outside India) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, kindly follow the steps below:
* All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
* Please reuse the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
* All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

* Once a return request is approved, it takes approximately 5-6 working days to complete the return process. Wrong or Damaged Items We thoroughly inspect every item before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange due to damage or size issue:
* Email [support@cavenor.com]with the subject line: RETURNS.
* Do not send the item without prior communication; it will not be accepted.
* Once your request is approved, the return must be completed within 15 days.
Hygiene Policy
We maintain a strict hygiene policy in the interest of the health and safety of our customers and
employees.
1. Return Eligibility Based on Hygiene Standards
• Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Products showing any signs of use, stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or body odour will not be accepted.
• Garments must be tried on over clean clothing to ensure hygiene.
2. Quality Check on Returned Items
Every returned product undergoes a two-step quality and hygiene inspection before a refund or store credit is issued. If the product fails this check, it will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Refunds
We offer two refund options:
1. Store Credit
* Equivalent amount will be credited to your Cavenor account.
* Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
* Can be used for future purchases on our website.
2. Bank Transfer
* Refund will be credited to your bank account.
* Please provide your Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Branch Name to process the refund.
* All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of successful reverse pickup. Sale Items
All items purchased under Sale or Promotional Offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.
