Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After processing/dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

How to Cancel

• Name
• Order Number
• Reason
• Registered Email / Phone

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders refunded within 5–7 business days
• Store credit also available
• Sale, customized, or international orders are non-cancellable

Refusal of Delivery

Prepaid orders refused without reason will have two-way shipping charges deducted.
