1. Shipping Locations

• We ship pan-India.
• International shipping is available on request. Contact: info@cavenor.com

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Orders placed during sale periods may take longer due to high volume.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
• Other Cities: 5–8 working days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

4. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹2,000 → Free Shipping
• Orders below ₹2,000 → ₹100 flat rate
• International shipping → varies by location (email us before ordering)

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If the package is damaged or tampered at delivery, kindly refuse it and contact us immediately.
